Omnivya
Leadership and governance
Omnivya is a technical and strategic expertise firm led by Taous Deneuve (CEO). Étienne Deneuve (CTO and principal expert) carries technical doctrine, architecture, and complex expertise missions. The firm is not a personal brand with a team behind one expert.
How work is owned
- Mission framing and commercial commitments are owned by firm leadership.
- Technical expertise is performed or supervised by a named responsible expert.
- Limits and assumptions are written before they become implicit.
- Deliverable quality is reviewed against the framed decision, not against a sales pitch.
Governance principles in practice
- No sale detached from capacity
- A mission is accepted only when a responsible expert can own it.
- Written assumptions and limits
- Restitutions name what was not observed and what remains uncertain.
- No deliberate dependency
- Deliverables are designed to be reusable without Omnivya in the loop.
- Evidence over promises
- Public technical work is attributed to Étienne as CTO; organisational commitments stay with leadership.
- Confidentiality and continuity
- Clients keep stable counterparts for the framed decision; information is not used for marketing theatre.
Perceived risks this page addresses
- Depending on a single person.
- Buying a promise sold by someone who will not do the work.
- Losing control of the decision.
